phjl1 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
phjl1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
Upon termination for cause, phjl1 may forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Upon voluntary account closure or termination without cause, any verified balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and wagering obligations.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting phjl1 support. Closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phjl1 Platform shall first be submitted to phjl1's customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, in Metro Manila, Philippines. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
phjl1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phjl1 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the phjl1 Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
